About the role

The Clinical Care Coordinator II is responsible for providing patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assisting in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to age-specific population needs
• Aid in the management of patient care in the physician office setting
• Work under the direct supervision of a provider

Requirements

• Basic Life Support/CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program
• One (1) year of clinical experience in outpatient physician office practice (preferred)
• Experience with an electronic practice management and electronic health record (preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software (preferred)
• Skills in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) (preferred)

Qualifications

• FL LPN license

Skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
