LPN - Clinic II (Meds)

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews medical records; initiates follow-up.
• Administers treatments, medications, immunizations, and performs point-of-care testing.
• Documents interventions, monitors patient responses, and collaborates on care plan adjustments.
• Supports emergency situations, delegates tasks, and ensures adherence to protocols.
• Manages vaccination data, inventory, and ensures compliance with guidelines.
• Provides patient education, processes referrals, and maintains records for immunization programs.
• Participates in staff training, maintains supplies, and schedules patient care activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (Hawaii) with current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform sterile techniques, handle equipment, and follow safety protocols.
• Prior clinic/nursing experience and proficiency in PC applications are preferred.
