About the Role
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or alongside a licensed healthcare professional. Responsible for maintaining professional accountability and coordinating patient care with other departments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.
- Must hold a current LPN license and meet state requirements.
- Open to both new and experienced LPNs.
- Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required.
Responsibilities
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift or turn patients with assistance.
- Push, pull, and grip up to 50 pounds.
- Preferred IV certification within one year of hire.
- Must meet physical demands of the role.
