LPN - Clinic

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of a licensed healthcare professional. Ensures professional accountability and coordinates patient care with other departments. Responsibilities: Administers medications and treatments, maintains compliance with licensure requirements, and supports patient safety. May assist with procedures and monitor patient conditions. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience. Must hold a valid LPN license and Basic Life Support certification. Additional unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or IV certification may be required. Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or turn patients with assistance. Capable of pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds. Preferably, candidates will obtain IV certification within one year.
