LPN - Clinic

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of licensed healthcare professionals. Ensures professional accountability for patient care and coordinates with other departments. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.Must hold and maintain an active LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board requirements.Open to both new and experienced LPNs.Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required or obtained post-hire.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and turn patients with assistance; capable of handling up to 50 pounds.Preferred certification: IV Certification within one year of hire. Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain professional accountability in a clinical setting.
