Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse Degree: Certificate of Completion
Must be IV certified
Triage Patients
Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls, and complete referral requests
Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals
Well-organized, detail-oriented
Work independently and unsupervised, maintaining a superior work ethic
Ensure that referrals are addressed timely
Remind patients of their appointments
General Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Outlook and Excel
