Salary Range: $21.00 - $29.50
Pay Info: Includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!

This opportunity is within our Southwest Children’s Clinic, a fast-paced environment that works closely with children and their families. The clinic is part of a larger network of clinics and medical centers across Sanford Health, which operates over 224 clinic locations and 46 medical centers.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated LPN who can grow their skills, feel valued, and make a difference in the lives of patients in your community. As a member of our team, you will work under the supervision of healthcare professionals and have the autonomy to provide primary nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients
- Documents a thorough medical history from patients
- Contributes to the assessment of patients and administers medications or treatments as ordered
- Provides technical support to healthcare professionals
- Counsels patients and family on prevention and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- If required, hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
