Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse program
• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state
• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility
