LPN - Charge Nurse

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily nursing activities within the facility
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team to maintain care standards
• Support and guide CNAs and other nursing staff
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

Staffing ratio: 1:13, allowing for strong patient focus and quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN/LVN)
• Current, active, and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A passion for caring for veterans and making a difference
