About the role

Centennial Post Acute is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team in Anchorage, AK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high quality nursing care
• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support nursing assistants when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Alaska
• Current CPR certification

Qualifications

• Experience providing compassionate, high quality nursing care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Benefits

• $5000 sign-on bonus for RNs
• $7500 sign-on bonus for LPNs
• +$1 Day shift differential
• +$2.50 NOC shift differential
• +$4 Weekend shift differential
• Up to $1,650 per month in employer-paid health insurance

Pay

• $33.35–$52.45 per hour, depending on experience
