Responsibilities

• Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients
• Documents a thorough medical history from patients
• Contributes to the assessment of patients and administers medications or treatments as ordered
• Provides technical support to healthcare professionals
• Counsels patients and family on prevention and treatment plans under the direction of a registered nurse

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• If position requires IV therapy/management skills, must have graduated from a Board-approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completed an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing
• Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State Nursing board and/or possesses multi-state licensure privileges
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications

Pay

$15,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates!

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends or major holidays.
