Role Overview Provides professional nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Under supervision, assists in developing individualized care plans, performs interventions, monitors patient progress, and documents outcomes. Promotes patient safety, utilizes evidence-based practices, and supports quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training College diploma as an LPN Experience in behavioral health Fluent in English with basic computer skills Demonstrates critical thinking, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities Conducts patient assessments and assists in care planning Implements interventions and evaluates patient responses Documents care and communicates effectively with the team Ensures patient safety and promotes education tailored to individual needs Collaborates with healthcare team, advocates for patients, and participates in performance improvement Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies This role emphasizes clinical expertise, teamwork, patient safety, and continuous professional development to deliver high-quality care across diverse patient populations.
