Minimum Experience N/A Required Registration/License/Certification Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of Alabama as LPN. BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer. Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience Prior physician office experience. Preferred Registration/License/CertificationIV Therapy Course/Training. Other RequirementsN/A
