About the role

The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain standards of care and patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Preferred certifications may include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and LPN-IV certification, depending on the unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical movements such as bending, reaching, and kneeling.
