Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective patient- and family-centered care under direction and supervision.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit.

• Delegate nursing tasks to non-licensed staff members under direction.

• Mentor and precept non-licensed staff and/or students.

Requirements

• Diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing (required).
• One year of experience in an acute care setting (desired).
