LPN | 12-hr Shifts

$2000 Sign-on Bonus – 12-hour shifts: 6a–6p or 6p–6a

About the Role

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care by executing nursing processes, performing treatments, and supporting patients' physical and emotional needs. You will work closely with our CNA team to ensure timely, accurate care, manage medication administration, and maintain thorough documentation. The position can be full-time, part-time, or per diem.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process and performing various treatment procedures
• Provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families
• Supervise assigned team members
• Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete resident care documentation using a computerized medical record system
• Direct the CNA team in the timely completion of quality individualized personal care and ensure CNA documentation is accurate and complete
• Administer medication and give/receive relevant reports, both written and verbal, from/to appropriate staff as per departmental protocols

Requirements

• Current and valid NY LPN License
• Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital is a plus
• Valid CPR Certification

Pay

Salary range is $30–$35 per hour plus shift differential.
