About the Role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
Skills & Key Duties
- Apply clinical assessment, patient care skills, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and prescribed treatments.
- Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
