LPN 1.1 Days/Evenings/Nights
About the role
Maxim Healthcare in Alexandria, VA and surrounding areas is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with adult patients with a G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator. Long day shifts, short evenings, weekend days, and night shifts are available.
Pay
Salary: $38–41/hour

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice
- Current TB or chest X-ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
