LPC - Steam Cleaner

Milacron is looking for a Steam Room / Steam Cleaner to join our team in Mt. Orab, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing machined parts, supporting production operations, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Work You’ll Do Clean and prepare machined parts through wiping, deburring, and chip removal processes.Operate cranes and forklifts to move materials and parts safely throughout the facility.Prepare finished parts for shipment according to quality and packaging standards.Read and interpret blueprints to verify part requirements and specifications.Stamp and identify parts as required by production procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organization within your work area and department.Operate cutoff saws and surface grinders as needed to support manufacturing operations.Assist with tooling assembly, machine setups, and other departmental production activities.Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.Support team efforts to meet production schedules and customer expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.Forklift operation experience required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints required.Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred.Experience operating cranes preferred.Experience with cutoff saws and surface grinders preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly throughout the workday.Ability to use hands and arms for handling materials, tools, and equipment.Ability to occasionally crouch and work in varying positions.Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to see at both near and far distances for inspection and production tasks.
