About the role
Provides support services to severely emotionally disturbed or disabled adult behavioral health clients in order to meet the individual needs of the clients, to coordinate treatment, to assist the client with achieving the best possible functional level, to maximize symptom self-management and to enhance quality of life and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in the recovery model for staff at all levels.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related mental health discipline with an emphasis on clinical experience.
- Three years experience past Master’s in the mental health field.
- Licensed as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
- Prior clinical experience providing outpatient mental health or inpatient psychiatric services (preferred).
Qualifications
- CPR certified.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
