LPC Associate - Fee For Service

About the role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence‑based counseling to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers as part of an integrated care model.

Requirements

• Approved by the board as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC‑A).
• Seeking independent licensure and residing in Texas.
• Live within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office during the probationary period, then transition to a hybrid model (50% in‑office, 50% remote).
• Graduate of an approved 60‑credit‑hour counseling program.
• Graduate or post‑graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required).
• Graduate or post‑graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) per the current DSM‑5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Good teammate committed to building a supportive clinical community.

Pay

Up to $51,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
• Hybrid work model: probationary period in office, then 50% in‑office / 50% remote.
• Ability to work in the office during the probationary period.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
