Lowboy Driver

About the role

Zenith Tech, Inc. of the Walbec Group is seeking a Lowboy Driver to join their team. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $500 paid at hire and another $500 paid after 90 days of employment. The company is known for its involvement in safety and efficiency, making it a leader in the heavy and highway construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor and trailer (lowboy or flat) to job sites to locate and relocate heavy equipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all FMCSA regulatory rules.
• Work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of related tractor/trailer driving experience hauling large machinery and material loads.
• Valid Class A CDL with \N\ endorsement.
• Current Federal Medical card.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Experience with various types of heavy equipment (preferred).
• Some mechanical aptitude, training, or experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work well with others.
