Job Responsibilities

• Transport materials between plants, warehouse, and cold storage facility.
• Understand and place in practice appropriate safety procedures.
• Operate tractors and trailers safely.
• Fuel tractors and trailers.
• Inspect trailers and report damages.
• Report accidents with a written account.
• Notify supervisors when falling behind on schedule.
• Turn mileage into Traffic Manager.

Experience & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Class A CDL license required.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing plant environment with noise, extreme temperatures, and significant movement of equipment.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds, continuous bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, reaching, talking, hearing, standing/walking for long periods.

The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance. Base salary is one component of OSI’s overall total rewards package.
