Job Summary

The Wiring Installer performs rough-in tasks, pre-wiring, post-wiring, and retrofit-wiring for networking, audio, video, home theater, security, surveillance, lighting, shading, and other technology systems. Proper installation of all cabling, including category wire (Cat5/6), coaxial wire (RG6/59), speaker wire, alarm wire, low-voltage power wire, and other related materials.

Uses hand tools and power tools. Construction site working conditions. Physical work with hands, arms, lifting, bending, ladders, stairs. Full time position (typically Monday-Friday and 7:30am-4:30pm).

• Performs rough-in tasks, pre-wiring, post-wiring, and retrofit-wiring for networking, audio, video, home theater, security, surveillance, lighting, shading, and other technology systems.
• Proper installation of all cabling, including category wire (Cat5/6), coaxial wire (RG6/59), speaker wire, alarm wire, low-voltage power wire, and other related materials.
• Uses hand tools and power tools.
• Works in construction site conditions.
• Performs physical work with hands, arms, lifting, bending, ladders, stairs.
• Works full time (typically Monday-Friday and 7:30am-4:30pm).

Requirements

• Positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• General construction knowledge and codes.
• Knowledgeable and skilled with hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Clean background check.

Pay

$41,600 to $58,240 Starting Salary ($20 to $28 per hour)
