Low Voltage Installation and Service Technician - Louisville, KY

About the role

Responsible for performing low voltage installation and service tasks in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot low voltage systems including but not limited to security, lighting, and data networks.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing installations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to ensure project success.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in low voltage installation and service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Proficient in using hand tools and test equipment.

Skills

• Knowledge of low voltage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
