Low Voltage Foreman

About the Role

The Low Voltage Foreman is a critical role ensuring high-quality, safe, and customer-satisfying installation of Low Voltage systems. This position is integral to the project team, assigned throughout multiple construction phases up to Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project superintendent, project manager, and other trades to oversee assigned scope, including material and manpower management.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and code requirements are met by the installation team.
• Utilize company-provided technology (iPad, smartphone) to ensure timely project completion, adherence to blueprints/specifications, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
• Coordinate code requirements with local inspectors and manage systems programming/configuration through project completion.

Requirements

• Active Nevada F-Card.
• Progressive electrical leader with a drive for results, a passion for technology, and a desire for a clear career path.
• At least three (3) years of experience managing related systems installations (5+ years preferred).
• BICSI RCDD Installer certification preferred; Access Control and CCTV Manufacturer certifications (Kantech, Software House, ExacQ) preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
