Responsibilities

  • Perform wiring and running of conduit
  • Installation of crane electrical components
  • Read schematics from engineering
  • Read, interpret, and work from drawings from controlled documentation and processes
  • Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures and site-specific safety requirements
  • Use material handling equipment (overhead cranes and forklifts) to facilitate wiring
  • Travel locally to customer sites to assist with wiring installation
  • Wiring, soldering, and assembling main and sub-assemblies including panels

Requirements

  • Ability to run wire and make electrical connections
  • Ability to read and understand schematics
  • Knowledge to bend and assemble conduit
  • Basic electrical testing knowledge, including the use of meters
  • Good fine-motor skills and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow procedures and strong communication skills
  • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program (a plus)
  • 2-year electrical degree or associate degree in a relevant field (a plus)
  • Field experience troubleshooting and installing electrical connections
  • Proof of right to lawfully work in the United States

Schedule

This is a full-time position with typical work hours Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Pay

$27–$30 hourly wage.
