Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Foreman or Right Hand Roofer to join our team—the Roofer with experience in either Metal, Low Slope, or shingle Roofs.

Basic Roofing Qualifications

• Must be able to travel.
• Must be able to pass a drug test at all times.
• Must be able to tolerate the outdoor elements and weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Must be comfortable with high-pitched roofs, ladders, and working on high-rise buildings.
• To be able to use SMARTPHONE APPS for the roofing industry.

Foremen Qualifications

• Knowledge of all roofing products and applications.
• Leadership qualities to manage and lead a large crew of 6-8 team members.
• An organized approach to work; accurately process paperwork; meet deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
