About the role
Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration. We work with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged by recent and current weather events.
Responsibilities
- Function as a Supervisor to hold the crew to the high expectation of job completion in a clean and timely manner.
- Cook with the scheduler, management team, and crew if/when there is a shortage of materials on the job to ensure the job is completed.
- Ensure installation crews follow all job site safety procedures and OSHA guidelines on every project.
- Complete midpoint inspection forms to document the crew's tear-off & installation process.
- Pick up materials from suppliers when necessary.
- Upkeep company truck, making sure it stays clean with no excess materials staying in the truck for more than a week.
- Determine issue resolution with customers and crews as needed.
- Work hand in hand with managers and the administration in the Production Department to resolve any major issues.
- Travel to warranty & repair jobs when necessary to see the issues firsthand and report back to leadership.
- Work directly with team members and leadership in the market to ensure returns, materials, labor, etc. are properly accounted for.
Requirements
- Must be physically capable of lifting a ladder and comfortable with getting on and off roofs.
- Must be 25+ years old for company insurance purposes.
- Must have 2 years of Roofing experience with Asphalt/Shingle.
- 1-2 years of Construction Experience (such as: minor fascia work, aluminum soffit repairs, siding work (J Channel) etc) strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work full-time, M-F 7:00 am-5:00 pm.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Construction Experience is a plus!
Qualifications
- Experienced roofer, repairman, and innovator with dedicated experience in roofing and construction.
- Skilled in repairs, maintenance, and general labor with a focus on fascia, shingle, soffit, drywall repairs, etc.
- Problem solver and enjoys working with an integrated and dynamic team to provide a first-class service to your customers.

Pay
Pay Range: $27-35 hourly DOE
Schedule
Job Type: Full-Time, this is not a remote position. Must work M-F 7:00 am-5:00 pm.
