About the role

The position involves working as a Certified Anesthesia Assistant in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers a competitive compensation package including a $150K start date bonus for a 4-year commitment, $100K for a 3-year commitment, and $75K for a 2-year commitment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting anesthesia care teams in various surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, neurosurgery, spine, vascular, robotics, etc.
• Participating in a wide range of shifts, including 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts, with opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Experience in anesthesia assisting roles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for licensure in Florida
• Pass a background check
