LOUNGE LIQUOR STORE ATTENDANT

Responsibilities

• Check in vendors, stock shelves, put away stock, break down boxes, dispose of them, and maintain storage room.
• Rotate stock, perform interior and exterior maintenance, and ensure the appearance of the property.
• Deep clean areas as assigned, including lights, snow removal, landscaping, and trash.
• Handle customer complaints, report them to supervisors, answer and screen phone calls, and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in handling disruptive customers professionally, document incidents, and verify customer age for alcohol purchases.
• Greet customers, suggest sales, have product knowledge, and assist customers in finding products.
• Advise the manager of personnel issues, product needs, and order or requisition liquors and supplies.
• Keep the register area clean, organize it, and remove debris; manage ice supply, stock and receive products, clean restrooms, floors, windows, and empty trash cans.
• Follow safety guidelines, use personal protective equipment, operate a ladder, shovel snow, sweep parking lots and sidewalks, and understand and use fire extinguishers and other safety equipment.
