Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and performance of inventory vehicles by cleaning interiors and exteriors.
- Check and replenish vehicle fluids as needed and replace batteries when necessary.
- Install buyer's guides, stock tags, and other required inventory materials in vehicles.
- Keep dealership lots neat, organized, and displayed according to company standards.
- Move, park, and arrange vehicles as directed by management.
- Transport vehicles to and from dealership properties, storage lots, and other designated locations.
- Create and manage vehicle key tags and assist with inventory control.
- Perform vehicle inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns.
- Support dealership operations by completing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including maneuvering in tight spaces and busy lot environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous automotive, lot attendant, or dealership experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach while inspecting and maintaining vehicles.
- Ability to lift and carry light to medium loads, including batteries, tools, and automotive supplies.
- Occasional lifting of heavier items such as tires and vehicle parts.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate vehicles repeatedly throughout the day.
Schedule
Full-time position.
Pay
$15.16-17.00 per hour.
