Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a 50-year-old leader in automotive service and a Franchise 500 top-rated brand. Our team is dedicated to integrity, safety, and top-quality customer service, ensuring drivers' safety on the road.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, engines, electrical systems, HVAC, emissions, and more.
- Educate customers on their vehicle's issues and solutions.
- Keep the shop running efficiently and maintain high productivity.
- Work safely and follow all company policies and standards.
- Provide technical guidance to your team when needed.
- Stay updated with training and certifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience as a certified technician or mechanic.
- Four ASE certifications required: Brakes & Steering/Suspension, plus two more from A1, A6, A7, A8, or L1. Additional ASEs are encouraged.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching. Must operate a vehicle and use computer systems for service documentation.
