About the Role

Audi Glenwood Springs is building a business based on integrity, customer care, and employee growth. The Lot Porter ensures smooth traffic flow through the service facility, enhances customer convenience, and maintains an orderly service parking area.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude; answer questions and direct them appropriately
• Determine if service customers have appointments; record customer name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage (walk-around)
• Control service traffic flow, park vehicles after write-up, and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
• Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately; zero lot damage is the goal and expectation
• Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up; wait at vehicle for customer and thank them for their business
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service
• Deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the appropriate Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle
• Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Make key tags for vehicles
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures; immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to demonstrate safe work practices
• Pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Pay

Base hourly compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (starting rate: $20.00 per hour).
