Lot Porter

About the role

Ferguson Superstore is hiring a Lot Porter to help create the first impression customers see when they visit our dealership. This position involves moving and organizing vehicles, keeping the lot clean and organized, washing, fueling, and preparing vehicles for delivery or display, assisting with vehicle deliveries and customer pick-ups, and supporting the sales and service teams with daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize vehicles around the lot and between departments
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for delivery or display
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer pick-ups
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the dealership
• Support the sales and service teams with daily tasks

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with vehicles and outdoor work is a plus

Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
