About the role
This role is responsible for transporting RV units within the dealerships as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the lot.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of dealership grounds
- Move and park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes as directed
- Aid in staging and prepping units for delivery or pickup
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lot, inventory units, and display areas
- Deliver and retrieve RVs for service, detail, or sales
- Assist with snow removal and other weather-related upkeep
- Follow all safety protocols when moving RVs
Requirements
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Prior forklift experience preferred but not necessary
- Comfortable operating and maneuvering RVs, trailers, and large vehicles (training provided)
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
