Lot Manager

About the role

This is a position in a retail automobile dealership with tremendous upside potential. Previous lot attendants have progressed to sales, service advisor, and accounting positions. It’s a great opportunity for a hungry, entrepreneurial individual looking for a career, not just a job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of grounds, including walkways, landscaping, and pavements, in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
• Maintain the overall appearance of used and new vehicles
• Keep used vehicle lots neat and orderly in accordance with dealership display standards
• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas, overflow lots, and parking lots as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
