About the role

Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
Move materials from receiving to storage or other designated areas.
Organize inventory in a logical and concise sequence.
Assemble customer orders (including trucks) from stock and or customers and assist with loading onto vehicles.
Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
Maintain premises.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain work equipment by properly storing and cleaning equipment after use.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to apply understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instruction.
• Ability to do manual work requiring strenuous physical exertion, e.g., continuous walking, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
