The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. Rules: - Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

    for prose - Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) - Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

    or drop it - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions - Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") - Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones - Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Now, let's parse the input: The input starts with: "Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Pay Range: $16-$16.50 hourly" Then "About Us" section with company description. "Role and Team" section describing reporting structure. "Responsibilities" with bullet points. "Skills And Attributes" with bullet points. "Qualifications" with bullet points. "ADESA Values" with bullet points. "ADESA Benefits And Perks" with a list. "Other Requirements" with physical requirements. "Physical Working Conditions" with description. "Legal Stuff" with legal boilerplate. We need to output HTML fragment with appropriate sections. We should include: - Schedule (since it's given) - Pay (since pay range given) - About the role (maybe combine "About Us" and "Role and Team"? The rule says use headings like "About the role". The posting has "About Us" and "Role and Team". We can create an "About the role" section with prose from both? Or separate? The rule says use

    for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and include the company description and role description. But the rule: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is not given in the input, but we assume it's elsewhere. So we don't need to include job title. We need to include sections only when there is real content. Let's map: 1. Schedule: given explicitly -> create

    Schedule

    with

    Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

    2. Pay: given ->

    Pay

    with

    $16-$16.50 hourly

    3. About the role: combine "About Us" and "Role and Team" into one section? The rule says "About the role" as example heading. We'll create

    About the role

    and include prose from both. The "About Us" is a paragraph, "Role and Team" is a paragraph. We'll put them as separate paragraphs. 4. Responsibilities: list of bullet points ->

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    5. Skills And Attributes: list ->

    Skills

    (or "Skills and Attributes") but rule says "Skills" as example. We'll use "Skills". Use
    • ...
    6. Qualifications: list ->

    Qualifications

    • ...
    7. Values: The "ADESA Values" section is a list of values. Should we include? It's substantive content about company values. The rule says include section only when real specific content. It's a list of values. Could be under "About the role" or separate. But the rule says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. However, values are specific. Could create a "Values" section. But the example headings don't include "Values". The rule says use

    for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should stick to those. However, we can include "Values" as a subsection? But the rule says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The values are real content. But we might fold into "About the role". I think we can include a "Values" section with

    Values

    but the example doesn't list it. The rule says "e.g." meaning examples, not exhaustive. But to be safe, we can include it as a separate section. However, the rule also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The values section is a list of 6 items, that's substantive. I'll include it. 8. Benefits: "ADESA Benefits And Perks" with a list. That's a Benefits section. Use

    Benefits

    • ...
    9. Other Requirements: physical requirements. Could be under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The rule mentions "Requirements" as example heading. We have "Qualifications" already. The "Other Requirements" includes physical activity requirements and working conditions. Could create a "Requirements" section. But we already have "Qualifications". The rule says "Requirements" as example. We can create a "Requirements" section for physical and working conditions. However, the posting has "Qualifications" and "Other Requirements". We'll keep "Qualifications" for the qualifications list, and create a "Requirements" section for physical and working conditions. But the rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." For Requirements, it's stated. So we can create. 10. Physical Working Conditions: part of Other Requirements. We'll include in Requirements. 11. Legal Stuff: boilerplate, remove. Also, there is "To be able to do your job at ADESA, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English." That's a requirement. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The "Legal Stuff" includes EEO and background check, visa sponsorship. That's boilerplate, remove. Also, "Please note that this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing..." remove. Now, let's structure the HTML. We'll output:

    Schedule

    Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

    Pay

    $16-$16.50 hourly
