Lot Driver - Fort Wayne Airport - Part Time Seasonal

About the role

This is a Seasonal position with employment ending after 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between properties for servicing, transport, and/or rental.
• Driving vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Driving serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and parking for easy access by customers.
• Moving vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
• Delivering vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management.
• Riding with or following drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s).
• Communicating via 2-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely.

Benefits

Seasonal employees may work for up to 180 days during a defined season (FT or PT hours). They must experience a 3 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or a regular employee.

Pay

$14 / hour

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
• Saturday: 12:00pm-8:00pm

Skills

• Knowledge of vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately.
• Good communication skills.
