Lot Attendant - Manchester Car Sales

About the role

We are seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Lot Attendant for our Car Sales location at 1050 Gold Street, Manchester, NH 03103. This position leads our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone. You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for lot organization and movement of vehicles
• Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
• Clean all exterior and interior windows and mirrors and vacuum interior, floor, seats, windows, and tires
• Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
• Verify appropriate stickers are attached to vehicle (registration, plates, etc.)
• May assist with local automobile deliveries
• May assist with photo taking of vehicles
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a current and valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record within the past 3 years
• Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions on record within the past 5 years
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors in the elements with long periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
• Must be able to tolerate light physical effort including the handling of average-weight objects (up to 25 pounds)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position, now or in the future
