Lot Attendant - Sales

About the role

Tom Wood Toyota, in Whitestown, IN is looking for a dedicated and energetic Lot Attendant to support our Sales team! The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our operations and ensure our business operates like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive in the sales lane
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales lane and showroom
• Parking, retrieving, and organizing vehicles as needed
• Assisting the sales team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and transportation
• Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to a positive dealership experience
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming dealership and lot for everyone
• Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Maintains a friendly, professional demeanor, with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing
• Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn
• Has a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record — Required
