Loss Prevention/Security

The Platinum Hotel offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment located just one block off the Strip, with free meals and employee parking.

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days per week from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including weekends.

Pay

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and inspect all interior and exterior public areas of the property, including the parking garage.
• Maintain security procedures, including lost & found, key control, emergency procedures, and health & safety hazard protocols for all employees and guests.
• Investigate and complete reports on loss and safety incidents involving guests and/or employees, such as theft, lost items, noise complaints, assault, food poisoning, intoxication, or other safety hazards.
• Receive deliveries into the hotel and send packages out as needed.
• Respond courteously and promptly to all guest-related incidents, questions, complaints, and requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to tolerate varied warm and busy work conditions.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 75 pounds and push, pull, or transport material weighing 150 pounds.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to walk the property multiple times per shift.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
