Loss Prevention Officer

About the role

We are currently seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to maintain the safety and security of our hotel's guests, associates, and assets. This role requires a calm, cool, and collected individual who can identify and manage potential dangers professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security protocols for guests, associates, and assets.
• Identify and address potential hazards or threats in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a secure environment.
• Stay calm and composed during crises to maintain order and minimize disruption.
• Comply with all relevant policies and procedures related to loss prevention.

Requirements

• Passionate about safety and security with relevant work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma, degree, or industry-related certifications are a plus.
• Experience in safety and security operations.
• Detail-oriented and able to remain focused under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable to a 24-hour operation schedule.
