Loss Prevention Officer

Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring safety and security of the property by patrolling, monitoring surveillance systems, conducting hazard inspections, and responding to emergencies. Tasks include assisting guests, handling disturbances, investigating incidents, completing reports, and escorting unwelcome persons. Maintains confidentiality and follows all policies, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions. Provides excellent guest service by welcoming and assisting guests, including those with disabilities, and addressing their needs professionally. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or G.E.D.Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift objects up to 50 pounds, and move through various environments.Strong communication, observational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to respond swiftly to situations and perform physical tasks as needed. Key Duties: Patrols property, monitors security systems, conducts inspections, responds to incidents, investigates, reports, and maintains safety and confidentiality. Supports guest needs and ensures a secure, welcoming environment while adhering to company policies.
