What You'll Do
- Complete daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs
- Maintain positive relationships with Store Management
- Conduct apprehensions within established policies and guidelines
- Communicate with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives
- Identify and resolve internal and external theft
- Adhere to established shoplifter guidelines and policies
- Provide timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers
- Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality
- Observe, apprehend, and/or deter acts of dishonesty from outside sources
- Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned
- Ensure apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity
- Complete and distribute paperwork accurately and timely
- Maintain appropriate evidence, demonstrate understanding of law enforcement procedures, and professionally participate in legal activities as needed (e.g., police calls)
- Coordinate and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management
- Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
- Encourage Associate use of shrink reduction resources
- Promote safety awareness and support maintenance of a safe environment

Pay
Starting pay range of $14.55 to $20.40 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
