Loss Prevention Agent

About the role

Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Conducts patrols, monitors surveillance systems, and responds to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols around the store to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Monitor video surveillance systems and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate incidents as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with store management and law enforcement as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous retail or security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform patrol duties.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
