About the role
Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Conducts patrols, monitors surveillance systems, and responds to alarms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the store to ensure safety and compliance with policies.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any incidents.
- Interact with customers and employees to gather information and maintain a positive store environment.
- Document all activities and incidents in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Previous retail or security experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform patrol duties.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
