Loss Prevention 3rd Shift

Schedule

Full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Pay

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and inspect all interior and exterior public areas of the property, including the parking garage.
• Maintain security procedures, including lost & found, key control, emergency procedures, and health & safety hazard protocols for employees and guests.
• Investigate and complete reports on loss and safety incidents involving guests and/or employees, such as theft, lost items, noise complaints, assault, food poisoning, intoxication, or other safety hazards.
• Receive deliveries into the hotel and send packages as needed.
• Respond courteously and promptly to all guest-related incidents, questions, complaints, and requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to work in varied warm and busy conditions.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds and push, pull, or transport material weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to walk the property multiple times per shift.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
