General Description
Monitor properties with insurance claims for mortgagors and mortgage disposition department. Monitor funds in restricted escrow.
Essential Functions And Duties
- Sort daily mail received.
- Prepare checks to be mailed.
- Check in loss draft documents and checks received.
- Send overnight checks for Insurance Department.
- Mail out Loss Draft checks with letters.
- Review the “open tasks” monthly and send letters.
Department Specific/Additional Duties
- Work with our Loss Draft Application and other systems.
Required Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- High School Diploma preferred.
Preferred/Other Qualifications
- Loss draft, insurance, some data entry processing.
- PC skill.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

- The noise level, if working on-site, is usually moderate and typical of an office environment.
